Hong Kong celebrity Gillian Chung's first interview in China, previously ban from broadcast, has recently been given the green light for broadcast on Apr 12. On the interview, Chung said she did not like the nickname "Naïve Gil" but accepted it since she was indeed naïve. However, she has walked out from the darkness in her life and need not hide herself under a cap or behind a sunglass anymore; people on the streets would also initiate their support to her. Currently she is engaged in a series of promotional events for the jeans she endorsed, and last week, she was in Guangzhou with singer Yumiko Cheng to shoot an advertisement for a skin care product, which is targeted for launch in May or June. Her boss from Emperor Entertainment Group, Albert Yeung, praised her for the hardwork and revealed that Twins will also be making their comeback soon. When asked about the bankruptcy of his friend, Chen Zemin, also Edison Chen's father, Yeung said, "I found out about this from the papers. We are close friends; if I am able to help, I will. (Has he moved to Mongkok?) I have no idea. We have not met for the past six months." With regards to the bullet threats that Chen received last month, Yeung said he is unsure of the situation, as Chen is no longer an artiste of his company and added that the threats are "meaningless".
